Terms and Conditions of Payment:

1. 50% down payment for reservation and the remaining to be effective before or end of May 2011.

2. In case of cancellation before March 2011, 15% will be retained as administrative fee.

3. In case cancellation happens in between end of March 2011 and mid May 2011, 50% will be retained.

4. In case cancellation happens after mid May 2011, no reimbursement.
